The six-packs won’t come overnight. You will need to give your muscles time to do what they need. Keep your hands lightly held against the side of your head or crossed on your chest. Don’t clasp them together behind your head or neck.
Be wary of all the hard work that will be needed to make this all a reality and you will be presented with a better way of making it all happen the way it all needs to happen. Then you will be the beast man you have always wanted to be.
